Important and Essential Terms of Vehicle Use

Your rental vehicle is protected by our "Premium" Insurance!

In the event of damage or theft, you pay no excess, provided that the vehicle is used strictly in accordance with the Terms & Conditions below.

When you pick up the vehicle:

• No credit card deposit is required.
• No additional insurance charges.

We provide full insurance with zero excess and no financial risk for the renter, including:
Collision Damage Waiver – no excess (CDW), Full Damage Waiver (FDW), Personal Accident Insurance (PAI), Fire Insurance (FI), Theft Insurance (TI), and Wheels, Underside & Glass Insurance (WUG).

Accident Procedure

In the event of an accident or damage, the renter must contact our company immediately to receive instructions on how to proceed.
You are not allowed to leave the accident scene without reporting the incident.

If you are unable to contact our company, you must contact the police immediately by calling 100.

Without an official accident or damage report, the renter is fully responsible for the total cost of repairs.
With a valid report, the renter’s financial responsibility is eliminated.

Accident or damage reports submitted only upon vehicle return, without prior notification, will not be accepted.

Validity of Insurance – Exceptions

All insurance coverages and waivers remain valid only if the renter has fully complied with all Terms & Conditions.

The renter shall be obligated to pay the full repair costs for any damage caused by improper or prohibited use of the vehicle, including but not limited to the following cases:

• Violation of serious traffic regulations (STOP signs, red traffic lights, speed limits, road direction, illegal U-turns, illegal overtaking, or crossing double lines).
• Damage caused due to distraction, misjudgment, or leaving the roadway.
• Driving under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any substance affecting driving ability.
• Driving on unauthorized roads, including non-asphalt, dirt road, or off-road (e.g. Balos).
• The vehicle is driven by any third party who is not registered in the rental agreement, or does not hold a valid driving license appropriate for the vehicle.
• Use of the vehicle outside of the agreed rental period or any approved extension.
• Wilful or reckless damage, including but not limited to clutch misuse, standing or sitting on the bonnet, boot, roof, or damage to the vehicle interior.
• Failure to take all necessary precautions for safe parking and securing the vehicle.
• Use of the vehicle in races, speed tests, rallies, competitions, or for commercial purposes (taxi or courier services).
• Use of the wrong type of fuel.

Interior Damage

No insurance covers damage to the interior of the vehicle.
The renter will be charged for burnt or torn seats, broken interior glass or mirrors, damaged accessories, or damaged internal components.

Traffic Violations and License Plate Removal

The renter is fully responsible for all traffic fines incurred during the rental period.

If the authorities remove the vehicle’s license plates, the renter must complete the following steps in order to retrieve them:

• Pay the fine immediately. Payment must be made at a post office or via bank transfer.
• Collect the license plates. Present the official payment receipt and the rental contract at the Traffic Police Station during working hours 08:00–13:30.

Important: We do not provide a replacement car if the license plates have been removed due to a traffic violation.

Early Return & Fuel Policy

No refunds are provided in the event of early vehicle return or if the vehicle is returned with more fuel than required under the agreed fuel policy.
