Please read the following information carefully. We cannot be held responsible if clients do not comply with the general terms and policies below. If anything is unclear, please ask for clarification. Ignorance of the terms does not exempt the renter from responsibility.

For our customers' safety, all vehicles are equipped with a GPS tracking system, in accordance with applicable regulations.

All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. Please help us keep them that way.

We cannot guarantee a specific vehicle model. You will always receive a vehicle from the same category or a higher category if the selected group is unavailable during your rental period.

Age & Driving License Requirements

The minimum required driver’s age is:

• 22 years for vehicle types A – B – B1 – D – D1 – H
• 23 years for vehicle types C – D2 – E – E1 – F – F4 – H1 – R1 – R2 – I1 – I2 – K2 – K3
• 25 years for vehicle types I4 – J1 – J2 – J3 – J4 – L2 – L3 – L4 – M – M1 – N – N1 – Q – Q1 – Q2 – Q3 – R3 – R4 – R5 – S

All drivers must hold a valid driving license issued at least one (1) year before the start of the rental. The maximum age to rent a vehicle is 78 years.

If age requirements are not met (ages 20–21 or 79–85), insurance coverage is provided with a deductible (self-risk) as follows:

• 600€ for vehicle types A – B – B1 – D – D1 – H
• 800€ for vehicle types C – D2 – E – E1 – F – F4 – H1 – R1 – R2 – I1 – I2 – K2 – K3
• 1200€ for vehicle types I4 – J1 – J2 – J3 – J4 – L2 – L3 – L4 – M – M1 – N – N1 – Q – Q1 – Q2 – Q3 – R3 – R4 – R5 – S

Please note: We do not verify the driver’s age at the time of booking. Compliance is the renter’s responsibility.

Fuel Policy

Same-to-same fuel policy: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level (petrol or diesel) as it was upon delivery.

Delivery & Collection

No waiting! Free delivery and collection to/from airport or port.

Returning the vehicle after hours does not incur extra charges.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before vehicle pick-up.

Flight Delays

No additional charges apply for flight delays during office working hours.

Our representatives monitor arrival times and will wait for your flight, even in case of delays.

Car Replacement

If your vehicle is involved in an accident or suffers a breakdown and can no longer be driven, we will first examine the incident.

When it is confirmed that the rental terms have been respected, a replacement vehicle will be provided as soon as possible.

Please note that Crete is a large island, and distances may affect replacement time. We always do our best to minimize the waiting time.

In cases requiring clarification, an official police or insurance report may be required, and the replacement process may take up to 24 hours.

The replacement vehicle will be of a similar size and category, subject to availability.

Insurance After Damage Due to Renter’s Fault

The insurance does not cover repeated carelessness or negligence.

If damage is caused due to the renter’s fault, the insurance covers the full cost the first time only.

Any subsequent damage automatically converts the insurance from "zero excess" to "with excess":

• 1200€ for vehicle types I4 – J1 – J2 – J3 – J4 – L2 – L3 – L4 – M – M1 – N – N1 – Q – Q1 – Q2 – Q3 – R3 – R4 – R5 – S

Transport Outside the Island

Transporting or shipping vehicles off the island is strictly prohibited, as we cannot provide service in case of accident or breakdown.

Tire Damages

Replacing a flat tire with the spare wheel is the driver’s responsibility and is not covered by roadside assistance.

In cases of health issues or inability, roadside assistance will be provided free of charge.

Tires and the underside of the vehicle are covered only when driving on asphalt roads.
Burst or non-repairable tires are not covered.

If the tire is repairable, the renter may proceed with the repair and the company will cover the cost of repairs.

Lost Keys

All vehicle keys are electronically coded. In case of loss, the renter will be charged 150€–400€ (depending on the vehicle), plus any additional shipping, programming, and labour costs.

GPS or CarPlay

Please check the GPS or CarPlay with our representative upon delivery to ensure it is working properly.

For any problem reported later, our company bears no responsibility. However, we will be happy to replace the device with another one at one of our offices.

Late Returns & Extensions

A maximum tolerance of 30 minutes is allowed. After that, one additional rental day will be charged.

Any rental extension must be approved before the rental expires. Unapproved extensions will be charged accordingly.

Pets in the Vehicle

Pets are not allowed in our vehicles due to potential allergic reactions and hygiene reasons.

If a pet is transported in the vehicle, a 200€ biological cleaning fee will apply.
