In the centre of the small and quite village of Asteri lies this traditional stone built villa which can occupy 6 - 8 persons.
The two storey building is approx.170sqm, has large garden with barbeque and an oval swimming pool (28sqm).
The entrance is through a door in the stone fence which gives the villa the privacy it needs.
There is a big outdoor dining table at the swimming pool area with access from the kitchen area of the house.
On the ground floor are situated the kitchen and the Living room with its sitting areas shearing a WC/bathroom with hydro-massage shower cabin.
The living room has and sitting area with 2 sofas and fireplace, satellite TV and stereo system with DVD player.
There is an open fully equipped kitchen with a big dining table for 6 people area with fridge, electric cooker, dishwasher, oven, microwave and coffee machine.
A hallway is leading to the ground floor bathroom with washing machine. A wooden staircase to the first floor leads to the spacious bedrooms.
Two bedrooms have two single beds and a shared balcony with view to the village and the mountain hills. The other bedroom has a king size double bed and a veranda with garden furniture and a panoramic view over the field and the sea.
The three bedrooms share a luxurious WC/bathroom with a big Jacuzzi-bathtub.
The beautiful private large garden is surrounded with a stone wall and wooden fences. The big terrace is partly roofed and has garden furniture for 8 people.
The pool is oval and is surrounded by luxurious sun beds with umbrellas.
The village is quiet, especially in the evening.
Taverns can be found in short distance and shops in Stavromenos in 2,5km away.
The sandy beach is about 3km away. The road through the village leads towards the national road.
